The client acknowledges that OKTIQ INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED provides professional services and custom software. Due to the labor-intensive nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Projects are typically billed in milestones. Once a milestone is approved and the code/service is delivered, that specific payment is non-refundable.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with [30] days' written notice. The client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
In the event of a duplicate payment or an overcharge, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
