Digital products, custom code, and consulting hours are non-returnable once the service has been rendered or the code has been delivered.
We provide a "Warranty Period" (as defined in the MSA) during which any bugs or deviations from the agreed specifications will be corrected at no additional cost. This constitutes our "return" equivalent for software services.
